At La Suite Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original, unopened condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable shipping service of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
